The Tree of Living & Dying Gathering for Sacred Story is a ceremony of remembrance. It’s held annually in Ashland, Oregon each autumn. We place names of ancestors, along with photos or mementos, on a central altar built to honor those who have died.

All who are contemplating what it means to be born, live a life, and die into the mystery of whatever lies beyond will find a space where storytelling and witnessing guides us toward a deepened acceptance of grief and death as part of life.
